Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel non-viable courses due to low enrolment. |

Refunds
If your chosen course is either closed or cancelled due to low enrolments we will refund your fee. If you change your mind within 5 days of enrolling we will refund your fee in full. We regret that refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances. |

Transfers
If, after one meeting, you decide that the course is unsuitable and notify us within 48 hours, we will transfer you to another course of your choice. If you request any other change or transfer, we will charge an administrative fee of £12.50. |

Course times and format
The courses have been designed to fit in with school runs, allowing half an hour for lunch. There are short taster courses of as little as five weeks – ideal for trying new subjects, and long courses leading to City & Guilds qualifications that run for 30 weeks, with the higher levels spreading over two academic years. The courses run on the same day each week and the exact times and duration of each course is shown by the course information within this brochure. |

Course fees and dates
Fees are calculated at £4 per hour plus additional costs for models, flowers etc. Course fees vary according to the length of the course and they are shown by the course information within this brochure. Cheques should be made payable to Buckinghamshire County Council. |

Facilities, Lunch and refreshments
Please bring a packed lunch as meals will not be available at the Abbey during weekdays. Self-service water will be provided and tea or coffee is available at 30p per cup. Please note that Monday to Friday, the facilities to learners are restricted to the use of the Adult Learning art rooms and the walled garden adjacent to the art rooms. All other spaces within Missenden Abbey are designated to Conference Centre clients.
Lunch may be eaten within the classroom or in the walled garden. |
